A Certificate of Identity is a temporary travel document given to non-Dominicans who have encountered problems viz a viz lost/stolen passports.
Requirements for obtaining a Certificate of Identity
- EC $20.00 stamps*
- One recent passport photo
- Some form of Identification such as Driver's License, Social Security Card, Birth Certificate or Immigration records.
