Consultancy Services for the Development of the DOMCREP Project Operations Manual (POM)

The Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (the CCCCC) has received financing from the "Green Climate Fund" toward the cost of the project titled "Dominica Community Resilience Enhancement Project (DOMCREP)" and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards the contracting of a "Consultancy Services for the Development of the DOMCREP Project Operations Manual (POM)".

The CCCCC now invites suitably qualified Individual Consultants to submit an Expression of Interest for the consultancy.

• All request for Clarification must be submitted electronically to https://caribbeanclimate.bonfirehub.com/ through the Vendor Discussions section under the "Consultancy Services for the Development of the DOMCREP Project Operations Manual (POM)"
• Requests for clarification should be received by the CCCCC no later than: Tuesday, 6 October 2026. Consultants are advised that the responses to the requests for clarification will be posted by Thursday, 8 October 2026 on the Bonfire webpage at: https://caribbeanclimate.bonfirehub.com/
