Requirements for Renunciation of Citizenship of the Commonwealth of Dominica

• Completed application forms (available at the Labour Division, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Labour) duly notarized

• EC $20.00 adhesive stamps^*

• Letter addressed to Honourable Minister for Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Labour requesting renunciation of citizenship

• Birth Certificate

• Four (4) passport sized photos

• Application fee of EC $100.00 to be paid at the Treasury Department

• Treasury receipt as proof of payment of application fee

• Notarized translation of request for renunciation of citizenship by the Dutch or relevant authorities

• ^* Stamps are available for purchase at the General Post Office in Roseau and at its branches.
