How Do I Apply for a Collective Passport?

Collective Passports are issued to persons travelling as a group, for example, for sports meets, youth excursions, etc. There is no fee for Collective Passports. There is a limit of twenty (20) persons per Collective Passport.

Requirements for obtaining Collective Passports

• The leader and deputy leader must have a passport. The surname, Christian names and passport number of the leader and deputy leader must be provided.
• The leader of the group must provide a passport-sized photograph.
• Completed Application Form – The Application Form is available from the Passport and Immigration Department.
• List of names and particulars of members of group:
  • Surname
  • Christian names
  • Place of birth
  • Date of birth
  • Place of residence
