Collective Passports are issued to persons travelling as a group, for example, for sports meets, youth excursions, etc. There is no fee for Collective Passports. There is a limit of twenty (20) persons per Collective Passport.
Requirements for obtaining Collective Passports
- The leader and deputy leader must have a passport. The surname, Christian names and passport number of the leader and deputy leader must be provided.
- The leader of the group must provide a passport-sized photograph.
- Completed Application Form – The Application Form is available from the Passport and Immigration Department.
- List of names and particulars of members of group:
- Surname
- Christian names
- Place of birth
- Date of birth
- Place of residence
