How Do I Apply for an Emergency Passport?

An Emergency Passport is issued to persons traveling to Guadeloupe or Martinique due to emergencies such as death in the family or for medical treatment.

Requirements for obtaining an Emergency Passport

• EC $20.00 stamps^*
• One recent passport sized photograph
• Previous Passport or Birth Certificate

• ^* Stamps are available for purchase at the General Post Office in Roseau and at its branches.
