How Do I Apply for a Certificate of Identity?

A Certificate of Identity is a temporary travel document given to non-Dominicans who have encountered problems viz a viz lost/stolen passports.

Requirements for obtaining a Certificate of Identity

• EC $20.00 stamps^*
• One recent passport photo
• Some form of Identification such as Driver's License, Social Security Card, Birth Certificate or Immigration records.

^*Stamps are available for purchase at the General Post Office in Roseau and at its branches.
